4-H Junior Camp (4th-6th Grades)


Junior 4-H Camp is what many consider to be a 4-H’ers first camping experience. It is our traditional camp that we have been facilitating for over 75 years at Clyde Austin 4-H Center right here in Greeneville. While at this camp 4-H’ers will be able to participate in canoeing, fishing, swimming, hiking, shooting sports, low ropes course, astronomy, wildlife education, basketball, gaga ball, making new friends, and so much more!

This camp is for anyone 4th-6th grade as of January 1st of the current year. Spots are filled on a first come, first serve basis and spots may be held with a $50 deposit.

Who Can Attend? Anyone in 4th-6th grade.

Is There Help Paying for Camp? Absolutely! We offer financial aid scholarships up to $180 that are based on need and merit. We are always happy to discuss financial need with parents.

How Many Camp Spots are There? We are offered an allotment of spots every year, and these are filled on first come, first serve basis. Once all spots are filled, we will begin creating a waitlist.

Can My Student Go With a Friend From Another School? Yes! All of Greene County (County, City, and Homeschool), camp together. We can even arrange for friends to be grouped together for activities. Just let us know at sign up who they would liked to be grouped with!

When is the Deadline to Sign Up? All camp applications are due by May 30th at 4:30 pm.
